By selecting the TXOL automatic service payment options, I (we) hereby authorize TXOL to initiate entries to my account. Bank draft will be initiated at the financial institution of Eastland National Bank, 210 E Main, Eastland Texas 76448. If necessary, TXOL may initiate adjustments for any transactions credited/debited in error, or any additional fees beyond monthly access parameters. This authority will remain in effect until TXOL is notified by me (us) in writing to cancel it in such time as to afford TXOL and said financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
