Unplugging and plugging in cables most often will not fix your internet connection. Never unplug cables unless a TXOL Support Tech instructs you to do so. Most tech calls and/or onsite services calls result in finding that a customer has unplugged cables and plugged cables back in the wrong place!
On site services calls where the customer has plugged the cables in wrong results in a service charge. TXOL only provides free repairs to our radio equipment only.

TXOL Internet has updated it's mail servers to provide a more secure connection and reduce spam. From the Webmail Client you can also select from the drop menu "Mail Settings". If your email address is the primary account then you can add/edit/delete email accounts, etc. up to what service package you are paying for. Also you have access to our "Mobile Portal". This is not just for mobile devices, it is available to all your devices. When accessing Mobile Portal you are accessing premium services that we offer only to our customers. The email settings below work for all email domains we host.
